Email the operator listed in the app dashboard. Include the workspace name, the Facebook Page name or LinkedIn destination name, and the time of the failure. Do not include access tokens, app secrets, or webhook signatures.
A failed publish stays on the publishing screen with a redacted error. An admin can requeue that failed job. A job that already has a confirmed post is not posted again. Pausing the destination cancels work that is still queued.
During the beta, the operator reviews incorrect facts, post quality, API errors, reply quality, and estimated cost once a week.
